Spaghetti

SPAGHETTI PASTA

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Onion ( one medium size)
  2. Garlic (5 cloves)
  3. Tomatoes (2 large)
  4. All purpose flour 2cups
  5. Eggs 2
  6. Parmesan cheese
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Basil leaves
  10. Olive oil


Recipe:-

For making spaghetti noodles:
Mix all purpose flour with eggs and a pinch of salt to make a dough. Coat the dough with some oil and cover it with a cloth and keep it undisturbed for about 1 hour.
Now roll the dough with rolling pin and pass it through pasta maker to cut it into a shape. You can also use knife depending on your skills for this. 
Now bring water to boil and add season the water with salt and pepper and cook your pasta. Cooking pasta would not take more than 20 min.

Preparation of sauce:-

In a hot pan add 4-5 tbsp of olive oil. When the oil is hot add whole crushed garlic cloves, ginger and finely chopped onions. Once the onion gets the golden color add finely chopped tomatoes and turn the flame to low ,cover the lid and let it cook for 15min . Now add salt , pepper, 3-4 tbsp of tomato ketchup , 1tbsp of vinegar and half cup water .
Now turn up the flame to increase the cooking process. As the sauce turns thick , turn off the flame , mix some cheese and transfer the sauce to cooked pasta .
Serve it hot garnished with more cheese.
