CHILLI PANEER


Ingredients:-

  1. Paneer ( cottage cheese) 200gm
  2. Green bell pepper ( 1 large)
  3. Onion ( 1 large)
  4. Garlic ( 7-8 cloves)
  5. Ginger ( 3cm stem crushed )
  6. Tomato ketchup ( half cup)
  7. Chilli sauce ( 2/3 cup)
  8. Vinegar ( 4tbsp)
  9. Soya sauce ( 2 tbsp )
  10. Cornstarch ( 1tbsp)
  11. All purpose flour 
  12. Black pepper
  13. Salt

Recipe:-

First make a batter of all purpose flour in water with some salt and red color , now dip the paneer pieces and deep fry them in hot oil.
Take other hot pan and put some oil, now saute garlic, ginger, onion and capsicum on a high flame. 
Now add tomorrow ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes on high flame .
To make gravy add water and cornstarch paste with red color and further cook for 10min , 5 min on medium flame and 5 min on high flame untill thick . 
Your chilli paneer is ready to be served hot.
Usually accompanied by variety of bread or rice .
