Mexican style MACARONI

Macarrones Mexicanos

Ingredients for sauce:
*.1.75 cups diced stewed tomatoes
*.6 oz tomato paste
*.1/4 small onion, diced
*.1 clove elephant garlic, sliced
*.1 small jalapeno sliced with seeds removed
*.1/2 tsp orageno
*.1/2 tsp cumin
*.1/2 tsp coriander
*.1/2 tsp chili powder
*.pinch of red food color 
*.salt
*.1/2 tsp suger

Ingredients for macaroni:
*.3cups macaroni
*.water
*.salt
*.soya sauce
*.capsicum , chopped
*.onions , chopped
*.olives
*.garlic , chopped
*.1/2tsp black pepper
*.oil

Procedure:
First prepare the sauce .
Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend for several minutes until smooth and well combined.
Boil macaroni in a big bowl and add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp oil in the boiling macaroni, turn the flame off once macaroni is boiled and let it dry to remove excess water.
In a pan add some oil and heat the pan .
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper and veggies and saute them for a minute. Now add the prepared sauce and salt , make it in a low flame and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Now add boiled macaroni and mix it well and turn off the flame .
Your macarrones mexicano is ready to be served .
*garnish it with permisan or cheddar cheese.
