HOW TO MAKE CHILLY CHICKEN MOMOS :-
INGREDIENTS:
- 100gm of minced chicken
- All purpose flour (maida)
- Water
- Salt
- Capsicum
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- MSG
- Corn starch ( aararot)
- Tomato sauce
- Chilly sauce
- Vinegar
- Soya sauce
PROCEDURE :-
In a bowl put maida and water and make a dough of it .
Make thin sheets of the dough and cut into pieces of around 4inches of the diameter
Fill the dough with minced chicken and seasoning and wrap .
Keep the dumplings separately and in a container boil water .
Now using idli maker or momos maker , steam cook the dumplings.
For chilly gravy .
In a pan add oil and toss finely chopped garlic,ginger and big diced capsicum and onions .
Toss it for 2minutes in a high flame and add half cup tomato sauce , 1/4th cup of chilly sauce , 1tablespoon of soya sauce , 2 tablespoons vinegar , aararot and red food colouring agent .
Add salt and black pepper .
In a plate take out dumplings and put chilly gravy over it and serve hot .
Enjoy with chilled beverage.
